Unshipped Orders: Returns can be requested unconditionally. Please contact support@atomicvoyage.com to cancel your order.
Please log in to your Atomic Voyage account to cancel your order and the payment will be automatically refunded to your account.
Shipped Orders: Returns can be requested unconditionally within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The shipping fee can be removed due to product quality problems or wrong products sent, otherwise the customer has to pay the shipping fee.
Returned products should be confirmed that there is no human-caused damage affecting secondary sales, and the condition is new or nearly new, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
It is requested beyond 30 days of the date of purchase.
A product sent to Atomic Voyage for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging or gift(s) included in original order, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

Does NK6 support USB 3.0?
No. The NK6 data ports use USB 2.0, making them ideal for keyboards, mice, audio interfaces, USB drives, and other everyday desktop peripherals.
Can NK6 charge my phone or tablet?
Yes. NK6 provides up to 36W of total charging power, making it suitable for charging phones, tablets, desk lamps, and other USB-powered devices. Charging speed depends on the connected device and the total power being used.
Can all 8 ports transfer data?
No. NK6 includes:
- 4 USB data ports (data + power)
- 4 USB charging ports (power only)
The charging ports are designed for power delivery and do not support data transfer.
Can I disable the voice prompts?
There is currently no software option to disable the voice prompts.
If you prefer silent operation, you can simply unplug the internal speaker cable after removing the side cover.
Why doesn’t data transfer work on my Mac?
If your Mac only has USB-C ports, you’ll need a USB-C to USB-A adapter that supports data transfer.
Some adapters are designed for charging only and will not allow the data ports to function properly.

Can NK6 be used without connecting to a computer?
Yes.
If you only need USB charging and independent port control, NK6 can be powered by a compatible USB power adapter without connecting to a computer.
A computer connection is only required when using the USB data ports.
