Refund policy
At Atomic Voyage, we want you to feel confident about every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make the process simple, fair, and transparent.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email support@atomicvoyage.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In new or like-new condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included gifts
- Free from damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a product quality issue, wrong item, or shipping error, Atomic Voyage will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, including a change of mind, incorrect order, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a product quality issue, wrong item, or shipping error.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, a replacement unit, exchange, or refund.
For quality issues, wrong items, or shipping errors, Atomic Voyage will cover reasonable shipping costs related to the replacement.
For exchanges due to personal preference or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. 1-Year Limited Warranty
Atomic Voyage products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, if your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Atomic Voyage may offer one or more of the following solutions:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement parts
- Repair guidance
- Replacement unit
- Another reasonable solution based on the issue
The exact solution may depend on the product, issue, available parts, and order details.
7. What Is Not Covered by Warranty
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by incorrect power supply, unstable power source, or incompatible cables/adapters
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or liquid damage
- Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or tampering
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Damage caused by improper storage, extreme temperature, humidity, or environmental conditions
- Issues caused by third-party accessories, software, cables, adapters, or connected devices
- Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
8. Warranty Claims
To start a warranty claim, please email support@atomicvoyage.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Any troubleshooting steps you have already tried
We may ask for additional information to verify the issue.
Warranty service is available only for products purchased from Atomic Voyage or authorized sales channels.
9. How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Request
Please email support@atomicvoyage.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.
